there's a big billboard in bonners ferry (as you're just about to leave on Hwy 95, right at the end of the current construction). Diversity Community Equity are the big words. Lower right corner has the "paid for by We the people of boundary county" or something like that (i'm always driving so i haven't been able to take a picture).
