Really valuable journalism. Does anybody know who creates these idiotic laws? It is as if some magical oracles somewhere are enacting paternalistic edicts for our own good. These people need to be stopped.

Around 2008 I saw where Texas was sprayed for the West Nile mosquitos and the area over GW Bushes land was not sprayed.
