Why , if he was trespassing and making terroristic threats, and a handgun was in plain sight in his vehicle, why wasn’t he placed under citizens arrest. The deputies could have towed his vehicle and enabled securing the weapon. The county already had an ongoing case for the shooting of the facilities door. A judge would have issued a writ to inspect the weapon, test fire it and compare to slugs from the door shooting due to apparent tie in to a resonable person that this individual could be the shooter. What about that , Howley & norris ???

Seriously though, one might consider that a deranged lunatic threatening mass death would draw some more widespread attention in the news than he has in this day and age. But the people that rule over us are pretty selective about the “threats” they seem concerned about.
