Patriot Front Lawyer Threatened By Dismayed Local
Lawyer for Patriot Front leader Thomas Rousseau was threatened in late 2023 by former Heritage Health employee.
On June 11, 2022, during the Pride in the Park (PitP) event held by the North Idaho Pride Alliance in downtown Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, thirty-one members of the organization Patriot Front were arrested nearby on Northwest Boulevard for attempting to protest the drag queen dance party in which children were in attendance.
According to court records and testimony, the Patriot Front members were to assemble near and attempt to enter the park as much as possible before meeting any resistance. Patriot Front’s leader, Thomas Rousseau, was to give a speech condemning the event promoting family and wholesome American values.
This never was allowed to happen, and the Coeur d’Alene Prosecutors Office, under the purview of Wes Somerton, charged the PF members with conspiracy to riot, even though court documents did not reflect this group planned any violence or rioting.
Although initially, the State of Idaho won a handful of cases against some PF members. In 2023, Richard Jessop’s case was dismissed due to prosecutorial misconduct. Deputy Assistant Attorney Ryan Hunter and Wes Somerton refused a court order to provide Jessop’s defense with 3.5 terabytes of data and other information violating Brady.
In late 2023, Thomas Rousseau’s case was also dismissed due to prosecutorial misconduct. The Coeur d’Alene prosecutor’s office later appealed Jessop and Rousseaus’ cases, which are ongoing.
A rough estimate of this trial has cost Kootenai County taxpayers over $4 million; more will be provided later regarding the cost of these trials.
The return of Clark Richman
As I reported last year in an article called ‘All Trump Supporters Will Die,’ a former therapist at Heritage Health, Clark Richman, made a comment at the Fernan Rod and Gun Club claiming he wanted to shoot Trumper mother f@#*ers, as confirmed by Range master of the club and former NYPD officer George Howley and police records.
While researching a recent surge of Patriot Front stickers, banners, and graffiti on the rise in the Coeur d’Alene area, according to police report# 23C47134, Mr. Richman threatened lawyer Kinzo Mihara after discovering Thomas Rousseau’s case was dismissed. The two attend the same church in Coeur d’Alene, Saint Luke’s Episcopal.
